68Ga-NOTA-WL12

68Ga-NOTA-WL12 is a peptide based positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agent primarily used for non-invasive evaluation of programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression in tumor immunotherapy. The probe consists of a targeting peptide WL12 and a chelating agent NOTA, which can specifically bind to PD-L1 positive tumor cells and achieve in vivo visualization imaging by labeling the radioactive nuclide ⁶⁸ Ga. Clinical studies have shown that 68Ga-NOTA-WL12 PET imaging has good safety at acceptable radiation doses, and tumor uptake levels are significantly positively correlated with histological expression of PD-L1 (r=0.9349; P=0.002).
